Dayton Children's is seeking a full-time Guest Service Representative for the 2nd shift at their Main Campus in Dayton, Ohio. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and compassionate environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive situations. A high school diploma or GED is required. Shifts are Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and include work on two holidays.
