Customer Service Expert – On-site
Hours: Monday‑Thursday 10:30 AM‑7:00 PM & Friday 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM
Key Sub Tasks- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally handling calls, responding with empathy, and resolving inquiries with a problem‑solving mindset
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments efficiently to turn opportunities into booked calls and satisfied customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and communicate clearly via phone, email, and text to ensure seamless interactions
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues, meet performance goals, and support overall business success
