Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position Overview

Full‑time Teller at PNC’s Retail Branch organization. Based in Dayton, OH, Troy Stanley Branch. Spanish Bilingual preferred.

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and building loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on banking alternatives.
• Identifies banking opportunities during conversation and refers as appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures and ensures teller and branch daily operations are completed accurately and efficiently.

Required: No degree required. Prior experience not necessary; military service acceptable as equivalent experience.

Base Salary: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00. Incentive eligible based on performance.
