A Day in the Life of a Call Center RepresentativeAs the first point of contact, you greet customers with enthusiasm, record their needs, and route calls to the appropriate sales staff or field teams. You schedule service appointments, maintain accurate records via email, text, and phone, and assist in tracking the service process. Your role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly disposition to ensure a top‑notch customer experience.
CallCenter Representative Qualifications
- Experience with computers
- Proficient in Excel and Word
Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 10 am to 7 pm.
