Dayton Freight - - Responsibilities:
Assist callers in a timely manner across multiple channels (phone, email, fax, and voicemail) to support Dayton Freight customers;
Handle a variety of inquiries including freight pickup requests, rate quotes, freight charges, shipment tracing and appointments;
Provide feedback on process improvements to streamline customer requests;
Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams including Customer Service, Quality, and Customer Relations Supervisors;
Support reception during breaks and vacations and perform daily admin tasks as assigned
