The YMCA of Greater Dayton is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our Association Services Office in Dayton, OH. This full-time, in-office position handles member inquiries via phone, web chat, or email, delivering a welcoming Y Experience while supporting membership and program needs.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
