Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

 What You'll Do
 As a Service Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently by coordinating technician schedules, supporting field teams, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
 Responsibilities
 Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, repairs, maintenance, and return visits
 Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, skill set, and customer needs
 Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes throughout the day to maximize efficiency
 Coordinate emergency service calls and priority scheduling
 Communicate with technicians, Customer Service Representatives, and managers to ensure seamless operations
 Verify parts availability and coordinate scheduling around inventory needs
 Keep customers informed of appointment updates and schedule changes
 Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records using dispatch software and CRM systems
 Support daily service goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
 What We're Looking For
 Previous experience as a dispatcher, service dispatcher, scheduling coordinator, operations coordinator, customer service representative, or administrative professional preferred
 Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, transportation, logistics, or field service dispatch is a plus
 Excellent communication and customer service skills
 Strong organizational and time management abilities
 Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 Comfortable using scheduling software, dispatch systems, Microsoft Office, and multiple communication platforms
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Dependable with excellent attendance
 Positive attitude and collaborative team mindset
