Dayton Freight - - Responsibilities:
Assist callers and handle a variety of customer inquiries including freight pickup requests, rate quotes, and shipment tracing;
Respond to messages from calls, faxes, and queue emails; provide timely replies;
Provide break, lunch, and vacation support for the Reception position;
Work in a team setting to answer group calls and emails efficiently;
Support multiple departments (Customer Service, Quality, Customer Relations) and follow company procedures
