Jewelry Repair Liaison

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Liaison to serve as a vital link between various departments and stakeholders within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and facilitating effective information exchange.

• Monitor all due dates & repairs entering and leaving the shop.
• Perform quality control on all work completed.
• Track costs on all repairs.
• Order parts and supplies.
• Write up and track progress of all estimates and repairs.
• Track progress of each goldsmith and watchmaker for evaluations of performance.
• Effectively and professionally assist the customer in the repair process.
• Act as the primary point of contact between departments and answer questions as needed.

• Previous experience in a liaison or coordination role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous jewelry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
