PositionOur client is seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join their outpatient dental team. The Dental Hygienist will provide preventative dental care, patient education, and support comprehensive oral health services for a diverse patient population. This position works closely with dentists, EFDAs, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on improving patient outcomes and access to quality care.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care. This provider will play an important role in promoting preventative dental health and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
Compensation & Benefits- $50.00 Per Hour
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every Other Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Provide preventative dental hygiene services including cleanings, periodontal charting, scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and oral health screenings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment recommendations
- Assist dentists in identifying oral health conditions and treatment needs
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the EMR system
- Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with dentists, EFDAs, and dental assistants to deliver efficient, patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
- Build strong relationships with patients and community referral sources
- Active and Unrestricted Ohio Dental Hygienist License
- Local Anesthesia Certification Preferred
- CPR Certification
- Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
- Experience working in a dental setting preferred
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
