Blue Jay Dental is recruiting a full-time Periodontist for a large, privately owned multi-specialty dental practice in Springboro. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established clinical team with a built-in referral base and strong surgical demand.

The practice is owned by a private dentist and operates in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will step into consistent periodontal and implant case flow supported by an experienced hygiene department and restorative doctors.

The incoming periodontist will provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care, including:

• Surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy
• Implant placement (single and multiple units)
• Bone grafting and ridge augmentation
• Crown lengthening
• Soft tissue grafting
• Management of peri-implant disease
• Collaboration on full-mouth restorative cases

DDS or DMD from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency Board-certified or board-eligible preferred Active or license-eligible Ohio dental license IV sedation permit preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong surgical proficiency and communication skills Team-oriented and growth-focused mindset
