- Experience: Prior pediatric anesthesia experience preferred

- Provide anesthesia care for surgical cases daily in a busy Level I Trauma Center
- Supervise CRNAs in a collaborative team environment
- Manage care across neonatal to adult patient populations
- Ensure patient safety throughout anesthetic administration
- Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative team members
- Contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced surgical setting
- Valid Ohio medical license, DEA, and relevant certifications
- Minimum 2+ years of anesthesia experience
- Experience supervising CRNAs preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
