Tippecanoe Middle School is seeking a dedicated Educational Assistant to support grades 6-8 students beginning at the end of March/early April for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year. The Educational Assistant will work closely with classroom teachers to provide academic support, supervision, and individualized assistance to students, helping ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

* Support classroom instruction under the guidance of licensed teachers

* Provide academic assistance and intervention to students as needed

* Supervise students during classroom, lunch, and other school activities

* Assist with behavior management, organization, and student engagement

* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

* Assist with online learning platforms or remote assignments when needed

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Experience working with middle school students preferred

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

* Dependable, patient, and adaptable
