Celina City Schools is seeking a visionary, collaborative, and student-centered leader to serve as the High School Principal. This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand-new facility that combines grades 7-12. The successful candidate will be a cornerstone in shaping a positive school culture while managing the complexities of a multi-grade secondary environment.
Contract:
260-Day contract

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
* 7-12 Facility Leadership:
Lead the transition and ongoing operations of the new state-of-the-art building, ensuring a safe and productive environment for both middle and high school cohorts.
* Strategic Master Scheduling:
Design and implement a complex master schedule that supports multiple grades and a diverse array of courses, optimizing resources and student opportunities.
* Instructional
Innovation: Actively seek opportunities to create new learning experiences while continuously evaluating and improving existing academic programs.
* Teaching & Learning Support:
Leverage a strong foundation in pedagogy to support staff in the rigorous implementation of district curriculum and resources.
* Equity & Access:
Champion beliefs rooted in equitable access, ensuring all students-regardless of background-have the support needed to succeed.
* Integrated Systems of Support:
Commit to building and maintaining district-wide systems for attendance, behavior, and academic support (Integrated Multi-Tiered Systems of Support).
* Team Building:
Act as a strong collaborator with the district leadership team and staff to "Build Excellence Together".
Desired Qualifications
* Valid Ohio Administrative License (High School Principal).
* Proven experience in master scheduling for secondary education.
* Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative culture and manage large-scale change.
* Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and the community.
