What You'll Do:

* Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce instructional objectives.

* Assist with intervention, enrichment, and behavioral strategies under the guidance of teachers.

* Manage classroom and program materials, equipment, and learning environments.

* Help students with daily living activities, social skills, task redirection, and behavior management.

* Monitor and communicate student progress, collecting data and maintaining records.

* Assist in implementing accommodations and supporting safe learning environments.

What You'll Bring:

* Valid Ohio State Board of Education license/permit or willingness to obtain one.

* Ability to physically support students with disabilities.

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Commitment to supporting student engagement, accountability, and development.

* Satisfactory fingerprinting and criminal records check results (provided for free by MCESC!).
