All applicants must possess a valid Ohio Certificate/License/Permit in the appropriate area. Proper athletic certification is required for this assignment. Applicants who are not yet certified may apply.

• Coach's Tool Chest – $49 fee; will certify you in all needed areas:
  Fundamentals of Coaching, First Aid for Coaches, Concussion Training, CPR Training, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training. This will need to be renewed yearly.
• Apply for or submit a Pupil Activity Permit (PAP) – through the Ohio Department of Education. Price varies; typically a 3 or 5 year permit. If you do not have an OH-, one must be created for initial access. More details: (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).-Permits

• Complete a background check if hired – through Beavercreek City Schools board office – $47.25 fee; cash, check or charge. This can be scheduled anytime by clicking here:
