Tipp City Schools is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic World Language Teacher to join our team for the school year. This potential position may include teaching French, Spanish, and English Language Learners (ELL) across grades 6-12. The ideal candidate is committed to high-quality instruction, fostering global awareness, and supporting language acquisition for all students.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and standards-aligned instruction in French, Spanish, and/or ELL
* Support students in developing language proficiency, cultural understanding, and communication skills
* Adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to maximize student success
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback
Qualifications
* Valid Ohio teaching license in World Language (French or Spanish) or ELL
* Flexibility to teach multiple languages and/or ELL courses
* Strong classroom management and instructional skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
* Commitment to ongoing professional growth
