Early Childhood School Lead Teacher (Kindergarten)
Early Childhood Kindergarten Teacher must be a passionate and skillful teacher, eager to invest their talents in our Early Childhood school program. They are expected to establish a supportive and engaging environment for students, work collaboratively with colleagues and parents, possess excellent communication skills, and embrace the immersion method in their teaching. The teacher should have completed coursework or possess teaching experience in subfields of elementary education such as classroom management, social and emotional learning, child development, or subject expertise related to their responsibilities.

- Build collaborative partnerships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Develop rapport with students and engage them.
- Commit to ongoing professional development.
- Lead Kindergarten or Early Childhood School classroom instruction.
- Develop and propose new units each year, including new Immersions.
- Fulfill faculty duties outside of school hours such as writing progress reports, planning, and attending events (e.g., Caregiver Information Night, Parent‑Teacher Conferences).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Education.
- Certificate in Elementary Education preferred.
- Desire to work with early childhood students in an experiential setting.
