Early Childhood Intervention Specialist

Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for an energetic, patient, and creative teacher for a preschool classroom. Applicants should be able to share how they would develop a nurturing and creative program suitable for preschool children.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with early learning standards

* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

* Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

* Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs

* Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate records

* Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members

* Collaborate with related service providers and staff

* Maintain compliance with all state licensing and program requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

* Valid Ohio Department of Education (ODE) teaching license in Early Childhood Education

* Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting

* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

* Knowledge of early childhood best practices and curriculum development
