Tipp City Schools is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Educational Assistant to support students in a Multiple Disabilities (MD) Classroom at the 3rd-5th grade level for the school year. This role supports students with complex needs by assisting with instruction, daily routines, and creating a safe, structured learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Support students with academic, behavioral, and functional needs
* Assist the teacher with implementation of IEP goals and classroom activities
* Provide support with daily living skills as needed
* Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit (or ability to obtain)
* Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
