Do you enjoy making a difference in students' lives every day? We're looking for caring, energetic, and dependable Educational Assistants to support student learning and success in our learning centers.
What You'll Do:
- Support teachers and students in classrooms and small groups
- Assist with instruction, behavior support, and daily living needs
- Help students build independence, social skills, and confidence
- Be a valued member of a collaborative educational team
- Valid Ohio educational aide permit/license (or ability to obtain)
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- CPI training (provided)
- Ability to work with students with diverse needs
- Meaningful work that impacts students every day
- Supportive team environment
