Tipp City Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Educational Assistant for the  school year. This position supports students and teachers by assisting with instruction, classroom activities, and the creation of a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

* Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

* Assist the teacher with classroom instruction and activities

* Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning

* Maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment

* Supervise students as assigned

* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit (or ability to obtain)

* Experience working with children preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with others

Requirements

* Successful BCI and FBI background checks

* Ability to meet all state and district requirements for Educational Aides
