Position: Learning Experience Designer (LXD) with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Define learning objectives during the design and development phases.
  • Structure course content to support learning goals.
  • Create storyboards and develop instructional materials such as facilitator guides and participant materials.
  • Produce e‑learning courses and explainer‑style videos.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members, stakeholders, and customer partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Qualifications
  • Years of

    Experience:

    5+ years.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • Clearance Requirements:
    Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Experience applying adult learning principles.
  • Strong curriculum design skills.
  • Ability to storyboard multimedia learning (e‑learning, video).
  • Experience developing e‑learning using Articulate Storyline.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong visual design sense (icons, infographics, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
