Proper certification is required for this assignment if hired. These can be submitted with your application if complete. Applicants who are not yet certified may apply.

• Coaches' Tool Chest:  – $49 fee; provides certification in Fundamentals of Coaching, First Aid for Coaches, Concussion Training, CPR Training, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training; renewal annually.
• Apply for or submit a Pupil Activity Permit (PAP) – through the Ohio Department of
