Start Date:ASAP
Salary: $19.72 - $25.37 per hour
Full/Part-Time:Full-Time
Days:196 days per contract year, 7 hours per day

What You'll Do- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce instructional objectives.
- Assist with intervention, enrichment, and behavioral strategies under the guidance of teachers.
- Manage classroom and program materials, equipment, and learning environments.
- Help students with daily living activities, social skills, task redirection, and behavior management.
- Monitor and communicate student progress, collecting data and maintaining records.
- Assist in implementing accommodations and supporting safe learning environments.
- Valid Ohio State Board of Education license/permit or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to physically support students with disabilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to supporting student engagement, accountability, and development.
- Satisfactory fingerprinting and criminal records check results (provided for free by MCESC!).
