STEM School Part Time Elementary Intervention Specialist K-5

The Dayton Regional STEM School seeks an innovative and creative Part Time Intervention Specialist elementary level teacher for the school year.
Responsibilities- Create and implement Individual Education Plans for students with special needs.
- Evaluate students, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success.
- Coordinate with external agencies for additional services when necessary.
- Use data to guide and refine interventions.
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and curriculum development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree by start date
- Teaching license or alternative license secured by start date
- Outstanding communication and collaborative skills
- Experience as a K – 3 grade teacher
- Experience with project based learning instructional strategies
Position requires 20-30 hours per week. The contract is one year and contingent upon funding.
