Salary: $18.50 per hour

What You’ll Do
  • Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce instructional objectives.
  • Assist with intervention, enrichment, and behavioral strategies under the guidance of teachers.
  • Manage classroom and program materials, equipment, and learning environments.
  • Help students with daily living activities, social skills, task redirection, and behavior management.
  • Monitor and communicate student progress, collecting data and maintaining records.
  • Assist in implementing accommodations and supporting safe learning environments.
What You’ll Bring
  • Valid Ohio State Board of Education license/permit or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to physically support students with disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to supporting student engagement, accountability, and development.
  • Satisfactory fingerprinting and criminal records check results (provided for free by MCESC!).
