Responsibilities- Coordinate the maintenance department activities to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
- Lead, train, and support personnel, ensuring adherence to proper procedures and methods.
- Oversee the safe and operable condition of maintenance equipment and work areas.
- Ensure accurate completion of work records by responsible mechanics.
- Facilitate communication between maintenance teams and the Inspection Department.
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining overall responsibility for performance.
- Engage in safety risk management and uphold the Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, consistent with the department’s objectives.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
- Minimum one year of experience on turbine-powered aircraft with an MGTOW of 12,500 lbs.
- Proficient in aircraft maintenance processes and skilled in using technical manuals.
- Recent Run Taxi/Qualified experience, including AMA if applicable.
- Skilled in the use of calibrated test equipment.
- Maintains good company standing.
- Completion of Indoctrination and Familiarization training.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Airworthiness Release Qualified (within 90 days).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport or equivalent within 90 days.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Competitive pay: $31.86 - $34.36 per hour.
