ADF Engineering is seeking a full-time Mid-Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Dayton, OH
. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer who thrives on variety and enjoys working on challenging projects that span multiple industries.

As a structural engineer at ADF, you'll work closely with other engineers and designers to develop creative, efficient, and safe structural designs for a wide range of industrial projects. You'll have direct interaction with clients and play an active role in seeing projects through from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, analyzing, and modeling structural systems using advanced CAD and FEA tools
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to solve engineering challenges
• Reviewing and developing structural drawings, specifications, and reports
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and best practices
• Contributing to project planning, estimating, and scheduling efforts

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in structural engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience using finite element analysis software
• Proficiency with CAD software and structural modeling tools
• Background in reviewing and producing engineering drawings
• Experience in industrial settings such as agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, or biofuels
• Prior experience in a consulting engineering role
