• Project Management or Estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor
• For an Estimator they need specific experience with hard-bid and firm fixed price
• Experience estimating or managing projects from $1 - $10 million in size
• Experience working on a variety of projects which can include design-build, bid-build, new ground up, and renovations
• Experience with Federal and/or Department of Defense (DOD) is highly desired, but not required

• High tenure with a majority of long-term employees. People love working here and they don't leave
• Their culture is the opposite of a large company where there are no politics or bureaucracy
• A lot of autonomy to get the job done without micromanagement
