Senior Project Manager

The Dupps Company is a global leader in industrial rendering and processing solutions. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects, mentor engineering teams, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes from concept through completion.

• Lead and deliver large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects on time and on budget
• Provide technical, engineering, and project leadership across cross-functional teams
• Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication of scope, expectations, and progress
• Mentor and develop engineers and project managers; support performance and growth
• Support business development through proposal review, project scoping, and customer meetings

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of engineering and project management experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, design, construction processes, and contract management
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work with senior leaders and clients
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%-60%
