Engineering Manager

We are looking for a visionary Engineering Manager to lead our new product design from concept through launch. • Lead new product design and development efforts from concept, prototyping, and validation through production release.
• Define and execute the engineering roadmap to support innovation, cost reduction, and long-term business strategy.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Establish and maintain design controls, process controls, and engineering standards to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Oversee risk management activities including DFMEA, FEA, design reviews, and validation testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; mechanical engineering preferred. An MBA and/or PE license is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and/or product design.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and electric system and design knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extensive knowledge of testing protocols and results analysis.
