• Directly interact with the customer to suggest machine and technology solutions during the sales process
• Perform sales support, product performance analysis, and technical assistance
• Maintain direct customer contact through site visits and technical presentations
• Generate reports on product performance and recommend improvements
• Prepare quotations for machines and turnkey systems
• Assist with training on technology products

• B.S. degree in a technical field preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the machine tool or CNC industry
• Ability to travel approximately 15-25% to customer locations
• Prior GD&T experience
• Proficient in applying statistical and mathematical concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and internal interactions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
