Messer Construction Co. is seeking a Fall 2026 Co-op in Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, estimating costs, reviewing equipment submittals, and managing the quality of Mechanical and Electrical systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with Microsoft Office are essential.
