Overview
Intern - Technical Assistance AV Inc is seeking a summer research intern to provide assistance and technical support for research studies in the Force Health Protection branch student will assist in executing studies, such as those occurring in the Research Environmental Chamber (REC).
Position Responsibilities- Setting up the research environmental chamber for human and equipment studies.
- Operating and troubleshooting equipment during environmental tests.
- Using knowledge of physiology and biology to support sensor placement and validate sensor operation.
- Collecting and analyzing data from sensors used in the environmental chamber.
- Supporting human subjects work in conjunction with the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate life science major.
- This position is working within a government facility and requires US citizenship.
