Position:
Group Leader, member of the Leadership team, managing a team of SAR imaging scientists and engineers.

• PhD (or minimum Master’s) in Imaging Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of engineers.
• Expertise in SAR image formation processors, radar physics, SAR image phenomenology and quality trade‑space analysis.
• Experience in signal processing, radar waveform design, and radar phenomenology analysis for airborne and space systems.
• Strong understanding of fundamental RF principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Experience collaborating on a cross‑functional team developing solutions to complex tasks.
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline.
• TS/SCI clearance or TS with SCI eligibility.
• Understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience developing EW algorithms.
• Expertise in geospatial information and RF spectrum operations.

This role is based in the Dayton, OH area and is 100 % onsite.
