Position Overview

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 and will be commensurate with experience.

Amount of Travel:
Minimal.

Responsibilities
  • Support the tailored UMCS R&M process direct to the AIRWorks UMCS Project Lead and Lead engineer
  • Develop and evaluate Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Program Plans and requirements for aircraft/ground control stations
  • Perform R&M analyses, predictions, allocations, and calculate R&M metrics
  • Perform R&M criticality and risk assessments, FMEA/FMECA, and Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs)
  • Attend and support Reliability Control Board (RCB) and Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings
  • Review Engineering Change Proposals for R&M considerations; determine key R&M metrics, identify problem areas, and assist in developing design modifications and Engineering Change Proposals
  • Support reliability development growth testing (reliability qualification tests)
  • Collect R&M data from and populate FRACAS databases
  • Generate various reports outlining findings and recommendations
Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree is desired with five plus years experience in a DoD analyst support role.
  • Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
