We are a leading international development partner and systems supplier to the automotive industry, pursuing the objective of making mobility more efficient, environmentally friendly, convenient, and economical. As part of our dual strategy, we develop both the intelligent combustion engine and technologies for fuel cells and e‑mobility.

Industrial Engineer’s primary focus is optimization of processes that match the tooling, equipment, and facility requirements and provide efficient, cost‑effective production lines that utilize operators and/or robotics in mold and assembly operations. Responsibilities include contributing to the successful launch of MAHLE products, development and implementation of continuous improvement projects, problem‑solving processes, facilitation of training and workshops on operational excellence principles, evaluation of continuous improvement activities, and implementation of plans to optimize performance and processes.

The role requires applying Lean methodologies and tools, and working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.
• Experience in plastic molding & assembly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.
• Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable technical presentation skill.
• Superb computer literacy, including MS Office, CAD, and SAP.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Working knowledge of ISO
  14001 and IATF standards, as applicable.
