About the role Apply STEM expertise to understand how adversary systems actually work. Join a mission-focused team delivering advanced technical intelligence that characterizes air and ballistic threats and drives critical national security decisions. Responsibilities
* Apply principles of physics, chemistry, materials science, and electrical engineering to analyze observable system characteristics
* Characterize air and ballistic systems across spectral, thermal, RF, and material domains
* Translate raw phenomenological observations into technical intelligence insights
* Support non-literal GEOINT and MASINT efforts across air and ballistic mission sets
* Identify patterns, anomalies, and indicators in adversary system testing and operations
* Contribute to target development and capability assessments
* Produce technical intelligence reports, briefings, and analytic products
* Communicate complex STEM-based findings to both technical and operational audiences

* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a STEM field such as:
Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Applied Mathematics
* Experience applying scientific or engineering principles to real-world problems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain) Preferred qualifications
* Experience with:
Phenomenology, MASINT, spectral, thermal, or RF analysis
* Experience analyzing:
Air (e.g., low observable aircraft, UAVs), ballistic, or missile systems
* Background in:
Test range analysis, signature analysis, or modeling
* Familiarity with:
Non-literal GEOINT or sensor data exploitation
* Experience supporting NASIC, NGA, DIA, or IC technical missions
