Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, steam systems, air compressors, pumps, and supporting infrastructure;
Read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment documentation;
Assist with BAS/BMS monitoring, alarms, and point checks;
Support construction, outages, utility tie-ins, and commissioning activities;
Follow safety, compliance, and permit-to-work procedures
