Are you an Electrical Engineer or Senior Technician looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can take ownership of projects, support a team, and remain close to the product?

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer, Senior Technician, or similar, looking for a hands-on leadership position offering autonomy, stability, and long-term development.
The Role:
- Leading and supporting a small manufacturing team
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across quality and testing
- Hands-on involvement in troubleshooting, assembly support, and process improvements
- Experience with in electrical or electro-mechanical assembly
- Strong troubleshooting ability and confidence reading technical drawings or schematics
- A proactive individual who communicates well, takes initiative, and is keen to develop into a leadership role
