Overview
CNC Applications Engineer — Dayton, OH
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 with paid overtime
Responsibilities- Install new or modified CNC-operated machinery at customer facilities
- Coordinate the setup and demonstration of Company machines for customer demonstrations
- Develop CNC machining process parameters
- Develop CNC programs utilizing Siemens
- Support end-user training of Company machines
- Troubleshoot issues related to customer CNC programming and make recommendations and changes
- Travel approximately 10% of the time
- B.S. degree in a technical field preferred, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Knowledge of CNC machine technology, CNC grinding equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
- Excellent problem-solving ability
