We’re seeking a Production / Staff Process Engineer to accelerate your learning in manufacturing and chemical engineering. You’ll take ownership of process improvement projects and work on your own ideas in a collaborative environment.

• Ensure products meet our quality, cost, and efficiency requirements.
• Monitor day‑to‑day production results.
• Design, develop, and implement continuous process improvements.
• Assist with process troubleshooting and corrective action plans.
• Contribute to the design of moderately complex projects and handle elements of major projects.

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations.
• Relevant internships, placements or work experience are useful but not essential.

The annual pay range for this position is $82,053.60 – $, bonus eligible.
