Mid Senior Electrical Engineer
ADF Engineering is seeking a full-time Mid-Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Dayton, OH. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer who thrives on variety and enjoys working on challenging projects that span multiple industries.
You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering high-impact results for clients-including Fortune 500 companies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the electrical design for low-voltage (600V and below) power distribution systems.
- Develop one-line diagrams, lighting layouts, and specify MCCs, switch gear, and distribution panels.
- Apply NFPA 70E, NEC, and local/state codes to meet the highest safety and design standards.
- Conduct short circuit, arc flash, coordination, and load studies using industry-standard software (e.g., SKM, Easy Power).
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to solve engineering challenges
- Collaborate with clients during design, construction, and commissioning phases-occasional travel required (
