This company is about to "explode" in business due to bringing manufacturing back to the United States for commercial and government products.
Must Haves- Engineering Degree or at least a long history of engineering design with Custom Machines
- Custom Machine Design experience (either as an EE and Controls Engineering or an ME and Mechanical Engineering)
- Lead and/or Management experience
- Will be a working manager, about 70% people leadership, project oversight, scheduling and customer interface with about 30% as an individual contributor.
This client is looking for someone with a proven track record of being a dependable teammate who understands grinding through hard work.
