Team Leader Civil PE
Lead a growing civil engineering office in this high-impact leadership role. Seeking a licensed Civil PE with 8+ years of land development experience to oversee a team of engineers, surveyors, and administrative staff while managing office operations, project delivery, financial performance, and business development.
Qualifications- BS in Civil Engineering
- PE License (or ability to obtain Virginia reciprocity)
- 8+ years of civil/site land development experience
- Leadership and project management experience
- Strong client relations and business development skills
- $20K–$30K annual bonus
- $20K sign-on bonus
- Ownership opportunity & profit sharing
- Excellent benefits package
