5+ Years of Manufacturing experience, with a strong engineering background preferred. Aerospace experience is a plus.

What You Will DoAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead projects in a high-tech facility, bridging the gap between customer estimates and shop floor execution.
Process Design & Routing:
Create standard procedures for writing routers, work instructions, and inspection criteria aligned with cost estimates.Project Management:
Act as the dedicated Project Manager for all assigned new parts from conception to production.Shop Floor Support:
Provide robust engineering support for all floor operations, production, and the tool room.Tooling & Machine Selection:
Design manufacturing tools and select the optimal machinery/equipment needed for production.Estimating & RFQs:
Review incoming RFQs for compatibility, estimate customer quotes, and maintain data integrity within the ERP system.Continuous Improvement:
Conduct data collection and analysis to optimize quality, delivery, and production efficiency.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience required (10+ years is preferred).Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with CAD software is required. Extensive knowledge of production principles (assembly, welding, brazing, pressure/flow testing, NDT) is required. CAM software and CNC programming skills are a major plus!Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to aerospace/defense requirements).Soft Skills:
Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills to interface seamlessly with cross-functional teams and varying skill levels.
