• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses for total systems
• Analyze systems across testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and sustainability
• Employ test assets against customer-driven test objectives
• Perform functional analysis and timeline analysis
• Apply testing philosophies and methodologies within an agile test environment
• Conduct RF chain analysis and radar system performance analysis
• Execute hands-on testing, integration, and verification across laboratory facilities
• Support testing involving algorithms, software, hardware, and networking
• Support technical publications for customer-release test planning, test procedures, and test reports
• Support technical and functional leadership through risk identification
• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
• Plan labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and evaluating devices
• Define test parameters and required tests
• Compile test data and define changes to equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, or testing requirements
• Test customer samples and conduct special tests not performable in the test area

• Secret clearance minimum to start
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks
• Junior: 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
• Mid: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience
• Senior: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
• Ability to set up and support HITL test equipment and customer setups interfacing with data acquisition hardware/instrumentation
• Ability to develop requirements for HITL build-up and customer needs
• Familiarity with RF and electronic test equipment
• Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Must be able and willing to work outside in adverse weather conditions
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to consistently deliver at a high level with minimum supervision and maintain communication with peers and upper management
• Ability to negotiate conflicting resource demands and manage time
• Experience with Radar or Electronic Warfare System design and/or testing desired

Demonstrates expertise in technical planning, system integration, and testing methodologies within an agile environment, with a strong focus on RF and electronic systems analysis. Capable of conducting thorough verification and validation processes while maintaining effective communication and leadership in technical settings.
