Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily account operations and remain highly organized.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and award‑winning customer service.
  • Perform account management tasks including load building, appointment scheduling, phone management, and email correspondence.
  • Dispatch trucks to pickup locations and conduct daily check calls to ensure timely pickup and delivery of product.
  • Qualify carriers that best match customers’ shipments.
  • Communicate shipment details and negotiate rates with prospective carriers.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Focus, self‑motivation, problem‑solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Top‑notch customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Administrative experience and/or logistics brokerage experience is a plus but not required.
