Purpose:

The Coordinator
- Programing & Licensing is multifunctional. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Programming, Contract Management, Calendar Management and maintaining clear, direct communication with all Licensees. A successful candidate will have collaboration skills and is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in an ever-changing environment. He/she must be able to motivate staff to produce quality work within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.

Essential Functions:

Acts as a secondary point of contact for licensee events.

Manage the master calendar for the organization and is responsible for ensuring the calendar is up to date at all times.

Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple incoming tasks from multiple sources and formats.

Assist in writing or reviewing all estimates and/or deal memos for all Dayton Live events.

Responsible for coordinating all payments to shows.

Responsible for reporting licensee show expenses, and budgeting.

Proactively coordinate the licensing process, which includes issuing all license agreements and ensuring full compliance with license agreements and other requirements.

Act as a key liaison with Dayton Live departments and licensees to coordinate program sand production meetings

Invoice and collect all fees resulting from licensee performances in collaboration with the Manager - Programming & Licensing

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree-preferred1-3 years of experience of licensing within an entertainment environment a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with Licensees, peers, leads, management, and general public.

Must conduct duties in a positive, professional manner and maintain customer service initiatives.

Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personalities and successfully work with all levels of the organization.
